How does shipping work?
All the products you order will get shipped by two days after you ordered the latest. If you didn‘t receive a order confirmation, something went wrong at the check-out. You will see a time period in which your package will be at your place.
What are the shipping and return conditions?
The shipping conditions are always visible before checkout. You can choose your own tariff and therefore you got the control when our products should be delivered.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within two weeks. Please send them back in the same package you received from us.
