All orders are processed after full payment has been received. As a private seller, processing times may vary, but I aim to dispatch all orders within 3–7 working days. Delays may occur during busy periods.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Times

Items are shipped via reliable postal or courier services. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and are only estimates.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, strikes, weather, or any circumstances outside my control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees such as customs charges, import taxes, or duties.

4. Address Responsibility

The buyer must ensure the shipping address is correct. I cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

I am not liable for parcels delayed, lost, or held by postal services or customs.

If a parcel is significantly delayed, I will assist in contacting the carrier, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed unless the carrier confirms loss.

6. Damaged Parcels

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Depending on the situation, I may offer a replacement or partial refund.

7. International Shipping

International orders may experience longer delivery times and customs checks. Buyers are responsible for ensuring imported goods comply with their local laws.

8. Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items

Some items may require additional production time. Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page.

Delays do not qualify for cancellation unless clearly unreasonable.

9. Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

• incorrect address,

• failure to collect, or

• refusal to pay customs/import fees,

the buyer must cover the cost of reshipping.
